A remake of my plugin for CS2 [https://stelix.team/resource/happy-hour]

This plugin adds happy hours to the server, meaning when a certain time arrives (for example 18:00), the happy hours start, during which modules are enabled, such as granting VIP to all players on the server, or multiplied credit amounts.

There are 4 modules:

VIP distribution (VIP CORE)
Currency distribution (SHOP CORE)
Experience distribution (LVL RANKS)
Experience multiplier (LVL RANKS)
